What do I need to do for a return?

Prior to returning the order, please contact us for a RA (retunr Authorization) number.  You willbe given instructuions on how to mark the package and were to ship it to returns@fashionswear.com

Are there are any restrictions or restocking charges?

You must return the products in their original condition (no damage or wear) and with their original packing materials.

Please note: There is a 5% restocking fee on returns.  This is to cover all the processing and handling fees that are incurred by Forbiddenerotics.com  when processing your order.  This fee is waived if the item is returned due to manufacture defects or damage in shipping.

Shipping charges are not refundable for customer errors. *Shipping fees and restocking fees will be refunded if the item is returned due to damage in shipment or defective product.*

What if my order was damaged? Or the order was incorrectly shipped?

We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us to let us know (e-mail sent to returns@fashionswear.com  is fastest and easiest) and we will make sure your problem is solved. You will not pay for any additional charges even if we have the product returned to us. We want to make sure your order is right.
